What is chair yoga?
Chair yoga is an evidence-based practice that has been proven to relieve stress, strengthen and stretch muscles and improve circulation. Chair yoga focuses on mindful breathing and awareness.
Who can attend?
Chair yoga is for people of all ages (18+).

This is a gentle and safe practice, no prior experience is necessary
